The August House began as a feeling—an idea shaped by nearly a decade in the wedding industry and a desire to create something truly meaningful. After years of designing and styling celebrations across the Midwest, we set out to build a space that feels like home while offering an elevated, unforgettable experience.
The name August was chosen with intention. Beyond the month itself, the word means distinguished and impressive—qualities that define both the space and the love stories shared here. Built in 2021, The August House blends natural light, modern elegance, private suites, and a serene countryside setting to create a timeless backdrop for life’s most important moments.

Our venue features two bars, including one with patio service— perfect for cocktail hour. Your guests can sip drinks, take in the views, and enjoy lawn games in a relaxed, scenic atmosphere.
